It’s been a while since I had an engagement session that came together so beautifully, despite some crazy weather that we encountered! Actually – not a lot of people do engagement sessions anymore, and I really miss that! We headed to Beaufort for Meredith & Tyler’s session – the plan was to shoot downtown and then take the ferry to Shackleford Banks to take pictures with the wild horses. The ocean ended up being super rough and we couldn’t get off the ferry after arriving at the island, so after a long roundabout way back, we headed to Atlantic Beach to wrap up. The wind was blowing so hard that the sand was just peppering us (the main reason the ocean was so rough that day), but you’d never tell it looking at these photos! We are looking forward to capturing photos and video at this sweet couples wedding later this fall! – Brent
